This bill would repeal a constitutional provision that restricts marriage to one man and one woman. The provision has been unenforcable since the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, but it is still on the books, and this bill would remove it. If passed, the bill would be on the next state election ballots for voters to decide on.
