Keisha Williams is a Communications professional with over two decades of experience in driving strategic initiatives across diverse teams and geographical boundaries. Her journey began after graduating from UNC Greensboro when she embarked on a career in data analytics as a Sales Reporting Specialist at General Electric. She then transitioned to the Campbell's Soup Company, where she led corporate sales directives for eastern North Carolina. Her commitment to personal growth led her to pursue a Master of Business Administration Degree from Elon University. Her career then led her to New York City, where she served as the Director of New Business Development and Account Manager for a design group. Later, she joined Catalina Marketing in New Jersey, where she played a pivotal role in business development and leading initiatives related to consumer behavior. Keisha's passion for making a meaningful impact on underserved communities prompted her to become a consultant for non-profits and small businesses. In this capacity, she served as the media lead to a vital revitalization project in Durham, NC, dedicated to combatting systemic racism and preserving historic neighborhoods against the forces of gentrification. Her extensive experience in higher education saw her as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the School of Business at North Carolina Central University. She is deeply committed to advocating for marginalized communities and dismantling racist systems through collective action.
